This may sound so crazy, but when I lived in Indianapolis every single pizza place served their breadsticks with a choice between sauce or cheese! I loved it. I mean ... ABSOLUTELY.LOVED.IT.
When I moved to Chicago, I found that no one, not ONE place that I found, offered cheese with their breadsticks. I thought it was a Chicago thing, but then I moved to Iowa and still ... no cheese with the breadsticks. It was then I realized it must have been an Indy thing.
I tried several kinds of cheese dips and nothing worked until I put the following together ... Pizza Hut Breadsticks (but really ANY breadsticks would do) and Frito Lay Mild Chedder Cheese Dip. Works for Me! Try it and see if it works for you too!
