Well, I did it. I walked every day this week. It felt really good and I found that I even had a bit more energy than normal. I needed it. Hubby was out of town all week so I was a "single parent" for 6 days. I don't know how single moms do it, I was WORN OUT!
The girls enjoyed going on our little excursions every day and it's proved to be more than just walking. Emily and Molly enjoy it so much, that I can also classify it under Quality Time. :) As a matter of fact, they are both standing here right as I type this, asking me to come on ... it's time to go for a walk. I don't want to let them down, so I'll get right to posting my week 1 results.
Weight - 2 pounds less than my starting weight
Waist - No change
Hips - No change
Thighs - No change
Bust - No change (thank goodness ... that doesn't need to get any smaller)
