So ... here we are.
Friday night.
And lookie what I have ...
That's right. A yummy Turkey, that's been roasting to perfection in my oven all afternoon. That's our dinner tonight. Turkey, stuffing, green beans, cranberries, rolls, homemade gravy ... it all smells heavenly. Just waiting a few minutes for the bread to reach the perfect temperature so that the butter melts into it just right.
Yup ... dinner, dessert, some movie time with the kiddos ... does anything top this? Friday Family Night.
Well, I guess ... a beer ... some hot wings ... a pile of cheese fries ... and a babysitter would give my turkey (and my kids) a run for their money, huh?
Sigh.
